Austin E. Brady is a privacy and data management attorney with over a decade of experience in business and law. As Senior Counsel at Saeed & Little LLP, he advises clients on complex and novel privacy and data protection obligations, cybersecurity, data governance, AI, and compliance with international data privacy laws and regulations.

Previously with Ernst & Young LLP (EY), Austin helped assess, design, and implement world-class data privacy programs across multiple industries for some of the world’s largest companies. Prior to attending law school, Austin worked both at Fortune 500 companies and small businesses—experiences which supplement his legal advice with a true understanding of the challenges his clients face at all levels of growth.

Austin is a Certified Information Privacy Professional on both European and Asian Privacy Laws and is licensed to practice law in Illinois. Austin graduated Cum Laude from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and has a Master’s in Cybersecurity Risk Management from Indiana University, Bloomington as well as a Bachelor’s from Carthage College.
